We use specialised cleaning methods and equipment, our process preserves the dye and the fiber of your beautiful rug leaving the colours of your rug fresh and vibrant.

DryCare, we will carefully inspect your rug and design the best process to thoroughly clean your rug based on its condition, weave, and dye.

It is important to have someone who understands the procedures of  cleaning rug correctly and not to use chemicals that would degrade the dyes or machines that would damage the weave and fiber of the Oriental rug.

our process

Rugs require extra care when they’re cleaned.

That’s why we recommend an off-site rug cleaning, at our facility, we can be more thorough than with our in-home cleaning service.

Our off-site cleaning allows us to safely remove dirt, pet urine accidents and odors through our state-of-the-art machinery, leaving you with a clean rug without the risk of damage.

However, should you feel more comfortable with us cleaning your rugs onsite, this is perfectly in order.

collection

we collect the rug from your home and take it to our premises, where we have the machinery to gently clean the rug.

pre-clean

We start our rug cleaning service by running it through our rug duster. This loosens and removes dry dirt.

treatment

If required, we apply a pet urine treatment to remove any urine odors.

vacuum

Depending on the make-up of the rug, it will be cleaned using either our dry or wet cleaning methods.
